Extremely difficult to get anything reimbursed
App
I attached 2 receipts. I double checked and saw them both on there. It got denied. I checked on the response and only saw the receipt. So either the app or the person deleted the letter from the dr which was required. Put my bank info on the app. I got paid once via my bank. Now they all come in the mail. When a claim is denied there is no way that I can see to respond back to the person who denied it to say the receipt and letter were both submitted with the claim and let me re-attach the documents.

Communication lacks
I submit dental claim once a year for visit. Always have a problem getting paid. We call to find out what else we need. The customer service folks never seem to know. They say they’ll resubmit but I don’t think they usually do. It’s a real hassle to get to use our own benefits legitimately.
Not good
Hard to fix issues. Meaning when want to add several recipes when needing to justify claims submitted for health care places. Shouldn’t need to justify healthcare expenses to healthcare company insurance is through or if it’s with dental place. Just common sense.
