Worse card ever needs a lot of adjustments

Only works on orders under $100. Anything over $100 your purchase will be denied and you will constantly have to call to say you’re the one using the card. Just too difficult.

Card is good, app is terrible

Prosper really needs to put a little money into app development. People cannot access the app. When I actually can access the app, I sometimes can’t access my balances! So what do I do? I go to my browser to log in manually and the browser sends me over to the broken app! Thankfully I’m on auto pay so I won’t miss a payment but I was trying to pay down a bit extra today and can’t navigate the app. Frustrating, and not the first time its happened this year either. Please get your app squared away so that people can interface with their credit card. We have entrusted our financial health to you and most of us want to do right and build credit, don’t mess us over with a bad app that causes people to miss payments and drop their credit score.

Don’t do it!!!

Absolutely the worst card to have. Continuously denies every time I try to use it. Card gets locked for no reason and it is an act of congress to get unlocked. Bottom line, just don’t do it!!!

Let me tell you a true story

I have had My Prosper Card now going on three years, I had not had any problems with using it making payments online, but I was not using the mobile app. Late last year I decided to go into a debt consolidation program. Long story short I was never comfortable with the thought of not paying my cards just so that I can get a settlement offer so I continue to pay on them however there were cards that I had not paid this being one of them. So once I discontinue the debt consolidation program and I called all of my cards that were past due and delinquent, I began making substantial payments towards my outstanding balances. I contacted prosper and asked them What did I need to do and explains to them the situation, they were super gracious to refund me the late payment fees that I had incurred while in the debt settlement program and had already made $100 payment towards my balance, I was told that I just needed to pay $49 and they would waive the fees for me. Great deal I did that I begin making $100 payments $50 payments or whatever type of payment I needed to make to have round numbers last statement in the mail 4/20 or something like that was fine. On Tuesday I received an email that said my account had been closed and sent to a collections agency. You can just imagine my frustration I called prosper and spoke with someone and they gave me the number to the collection agency and when I contacted them, they had no history of my account, so I called prosper back again and I told them that I had already faxed over a letter showing that I am no longer in the debt consolidation program and that I was making payments. I literally made four payments in April alone I got an email back from prosper saying pretty much oh well there’s nothing we can do, I called prosper back and thoroughly explained the situation. this morning I received an email that said my account had been reinstated and that the last payment I made was still pending and I was able to login. I will be paying the card off to a zero balance, but I will not close because I do not want my credit score to drop because I’ve had the card longer than two years. It took some back-and-forth communication but I am grateful that someone listened to me enough to understand that my account had been closed unjustly and reinstated it. That is why I will give them three stars for resolving the issue.

Guess they randomly lower your credit line for no reason, thrash company.
