APP IS NOT WORKING

I’ve been signed up for automatic payment. This month, the app is not working. Then it says that online payments aren't available. Then it stays that my account was closed and limited information can be provided. What is is happening here?!!

Social Security number?

Are used to have a user ID and a password to sign into my account, now they want to have my Social Security number. That’s ridiculous. This last update has made me remove this app from my phone. There’s no way my Social Security number is going out over the Internet to enter into any kind of program or app, you get a zero star

App is not working

This app was so great and I used to log in and get all my information and documents from there. Very user friendly. Recently, the app doesn’t work and I can only use the web to log in. It’s been a week that website doesn’t work either and doesn’t load. What’s going on? Please look into this matter. Thanks.
