Credit card is a scam, doesn’t support international transfers
Feels like this bank is just a scam organized around forcing you to use high interest credit cards and making it intentionally difficult to understand how much you owe and get the balance to zero. All your spendings go to your credit card by default when I want it to deduct from the account. You have to set up a rule to auto pay the balance, but it’s intentionally not made clear at what date you should do so, nor the difference between statement balance and outstanding balance. I just paid all the balance and somehow ended with 62 of debt. So I paid the 62… and ended with 5 of debt. Fairly confusing. And I’m a finance grad so if it’s fair to say the issue come from their UX. And no intentional transfers… Will close my account. Edit: I can’t even get my money out easily. Only 25% of transfers go through. I keep on getting different error messages.

Shut down account due to technical glitch
My first experience on Mox was excellent, highly convenient and easy to manage my spending. However, when I switched phones and tried to reinstall the app I was locked out due to a technical error. Four weeks later speaking to Customer support once every two days and finally they get back to me to tell me they have to shut down my account before opening a new one. As you can imagine this is highly unusual and a huge inconvenience. I wish the company the best going forward and hope that they’re able to address these serious technical bugs. For the time being I will not be using Mox.
