I have been using this app for about 2 years, always has issues “missing deposits”, this last transaction I sent BTC to my “smart address”, never arrived, can’t get help from anyone at Customer support. This is not the first time, funds just don’t arrive. I’ve also tried generating a new smart address and it keeps giving me the same one, which is nowhere in my FW history. Just shady business.

Then my phone was broken and when I replaced it I could no longer access my account w my simple phone number They asked me to provide I no longer had access too since finance is no longer accessible to me or wherever I got my Monero. Now I no longer have my Monero balance showing.

Like many others have complained in the reviews FreeWallet will hold your deposit/receive hostage. When I signed up it didn’t say anything about needing KYC to withdraw or send. Recently I tried to send my coins to another wallet and my account was frozen. They then asked me for KYC and 100 other things that they should not even have the right to ask for, I complied to all! They just keep coming up with something else they need ever time! Many people on here are complaining about $10-$100 be locked up, well they have $35k + of my coins locked. I am being forced to have to hire an attorney to recover the funds if any! Talk about a worst nightmare of an app! Customer service is terrible! 40+emails in thread and no resolution. Do not take a chance with even $1 of your coins, this company is the biggest scam in the market place! They need to be shut down and banded from existence everywhere!

I’ve been trying to get a simple fix on my email, but it has been taking over a month. The support team is extremely slow and makes things a lot more complicated then they have to be. Most times when I send them an email back, it takes a week for them to reply! And then they ask for more information! It’s ridiculous what they ask for just for a simple change to fix an accounts email address.
