They lost my coins due to their app logging me out for no apparent reason and then customer service was a bunch of smart alecks telling me to educate myself on blockchain and sleep tight…. As evidenced by other reviews on this and Freewallet’s app, their customer service is trash. I had issues with their app to purchase LTC and kept getting an “Error try again later” and they just provided a link for another method of purchase. The link still didn’t work for me and they offered no other solution other than “changing your internet connections and resetting the browser cache“. I used two different computers to make it work but who normally has more than one Wi-Fi network at their house? I’m not going to do this in a coffee shop. Sticking to Coinbase Pro. Buying crypto shouldn’t be difficult. Update for developer: you can’t find an account because I asked for it to be deleted.
