Sending coin out verification failed
I had in few days submitted several selfie to be able to send my bitcoin out to another wallet for my investment but guess what I couldn’t do that They were never be able to run the verification I had done all they require off still no solution run for this app I think they are doing that on purpose Pls let me know if I can rate one start I will also report this to apple until you fix it or apple remove your app

In my opinion purchasing crypto on this platform is a poor choice due to extreme fees and outrageous minimums to transfer funds. I wrote customer service about some issues and they locked up my account because they did not like my opinion. I tried multiple wallets to send my crypto to which was all denied due to my wallets address being invalid. Only issue I’ve ever had with them. Very poor service, scamming company in my opinion. Cryptos available for trade is not as advertised. Take my loss as a group lesson and try the next platform.

I have been waiting for verification for almost two weeks and they already took my money out before they verified any information now all I want is for my money to go back on my card and they won’t do that. Be careful because they want your money before getting the card verification. I wouldn’t give them 1 star if I could be can’t. I have sent emails numerous times got some problem solved then another one comes up so be careful with this app. I am still waiting for answers!i Update: I finally got verified almost took a month. But once you get verified is a good app to use.

I used to have a perfect experience with the app, but since i’ve updated it, it won’t let me log in (pass the authentication code). So disappointed with this. I’ve send in a request for my log in but i’m still waiting on a response. Very frustrating.
