Wallet has error message
For the last 3 weeks the Electroneum wallet on apple device has not opened. Instead it has a consistent error message. I’m hoping Electroneum will fix soon. No response in twitter. Elextbse

I opened my ETN wallet and went through the grueling process of validating my account. I recently tried logging in only to find out they closed my account. I have emailed customer service more than 20 times in the last few weeks trying to find out where my Electroneum is with no response. They have just closed my account and taken my ETN. I would not recommend or trust this wallet.

Mining function doesn’t seem to be available for the iPhone rendering this app pretty much useless with iOS. Unfortunate.

These imbeciles have locked my wallet three times and currently been locked for 4 months, costing me a ridiculous amount of money. They will find any reason to reject your documents and then ask for more more more and then simply ignore you when there is no legal opportunity to reject the docs. They have likely been dumping premined coins on us (they added 6 billion to the supply with no oversight or audit on what happened to those coins) They will maintain an illusion of having a functional company by employing a bare bones staff to make useless app updates so we can buy overpriced vouchers using etn. I hope things turn around but from an outside perspective this coin has scam written all over it.

If you reach level 2 it doesn’t matter how much documentation you send in it will get denied. Many people have lost there funds. Customer service is awful. Please do the research.
