Worst app ever!
I transferred some bitcoin into this platform in hopes to withdrawal to my account. None of the features work unless you’re outside of the US. Support is a joke. I just want my money off this platform. No other wallet charges these astronomical fees. I intend on reporting them. I have had $36 dollars just sitting in this account for over 6 months with no way to access it. Please do yourself a favor and seek out another reputable app.

This isn’t just the worst crypto app, but possibly the worst iOS app ever created. The new login procedure has you enter your birthday, but the day picker always subtracts a day. So if you’re born on the 5th, you need to select “6”. Then after this nonsense you finally get a login screen. Then after entering the 2FA, it takes you BACK to the same form with birthday and address. I fill in all fields EXACTLY as before and it just errors and says “Enter your full residence address”. Clicking on the top support link opens a chat window that immediately says “chat has ended”
