App will not connect through VPN
The website will allow login on a VPN connection but this app will not. So isn't this just great, especially when all you have is a sketchy wifi connection but need to access your account. The website does not have all the features of the app - ability to deposit checks, for example. Why block a VPN connection?

The card will never work anywhere maybe 50% of the time it will. The app is extremely slow every thing you tap it'll load for a while. Wifi or 5g doesn't matter it will always be slow.

The app started out very convenient but has since become quite a hassle. Every time I try to deposit a check electronically, it “needs review” and it takes over 12 hours before it actually gets deposited. This is not convenient and adds more stress. Not happy or pleased with this.
