Old app that runs very slow

I’m afraid if this is how Hanover/Citizens develops the tech aspect of the business this can’t bode well for the customers. Has anyone from Quality Control ever used this application? It locks up almost immediately, you can’t stop the spinning or even go back to previous screen ! Only option to delete app and reinstall, it’s pathetic. WAKE UP HANOVER and hire someone who can fix this mess .
Broken app
Bad app, it worked normally for the first year, once I changed my policy now everything in the app states there is a technical error. There is a contact us button for tech issues but I can’t click it due to the above error. You go to the website and there is nowhere to report an issue with just the app. Might as well just uninstall and use the web app. It’s been like this for about 3 months, I assumed it would fix itself but I was wrong.
Buggy mess
No worth having or using. Make a real app with real utility, Hanover.
Doesnt even load
This app doesn't even load. Same issues that others have been reporting for 4+ years.
Nonpayment of the claim
I’m still waiting for a claim that was put into Hanover last year in November 2022 I have called twice and have never got a call back and I still have not gotten a check for 2000+ dollars for the last claim I put I would like to be contacted by somebody there so we can clear this up so I don’t need to get a lawyer
Updated: Service Unavailable Error
Update: I downloaded the recent update. No change. The issue I believe, is that this app will NOT work while using a VPN. Ridiculous! Please address this! This is a MOBILE app -meaning it’s used on public WiFi. A mobile app must work with a VPN or it’s useless to me and will be deleted. Even my banking apps work with a VPN. I haven’t been able to login to this app for months and months. It stopped using Touch ID and now I have to type the pw in every time. But it never gets past that screen and always gives the service unavailable error after spinning for several minutes. Hellooooo? Anyone at Hanover around?
