New update is awful
Water and trash accounts AND balances should be right in the homepage. I have to click through three different pages just to find my trash account balance and then another 4th page just to pay the balance. Needlessly complicated. Balances that I only pay once a month or so should be easier to see at a glance. I will say the new update does look nicer but it’s much less user friendly and should be much more simple since it’s just to pay city utilities.
No trash balance info
Not sure what the update was except to forget my trash service info each time I log in. Also there is no balance info and no way to reload money for trash services that isn’t automatic. Dark patterns. Bad user experience.
Not working
I was surprised by an update that doesn’t even work, can’t load my accounts can’t see anything.

This needs to be checked for accessibility. Field names are almost totally illegible when using an iphone. Gave up, tried it on ipad. Not better. Neither saves the password under the name of grpayit - really? that's just lazy coding.
Payments
When I try to make a payment it wants my phone number. Once I put my phone number in and enter it gives me a blank screen and does not allow me to pay my city bills. Tried calling on it and get no help on fixing the problem. Just told to use the website which will charge a percentage for paying by email.
Great idea, bad execution
I appreciate the ease that this app provides in paying utilities, but I tend to have issues with the “bots” they have set up. Not sure what their purpose is, maybe to make people think they’re interacting with a human? Id prefer an option of buttons and text. I don’t need to chit chat with a robot. It’d be easier and faster and there would be no need for the chat screen, which has bugs when used on my iPhone.
Half-baked app.
No access to a paperless bill option. No ability to update email address within the app. Difficult to determine if balance is positive or negative.
