Poor app management and maintenance
Every single time I try to log into the app I get this message We are unable to process your request. Please try again later. And I can’t even login to the app the worst part is the customer service I emailed almost 4 times in the past 3 months regarding the app and the customer issues towards setting my cc pin but no response at all I mean I get a list of issues with this bank
Secure to the point of being useless!
I love security in banking applications. This app unfortunately is so secure that it refuses to allow any and all transactions even by the owner/user. Totally useless. More so since the operations team is also unable to sort it out!
Worst mobile app experience and services also not good.
Almost 2 years back opened NRI/NRO account but still I never use bank for any transactions worst mobile use experience. Even for mobile registration they takes almost month and also they mobile user experience is worst part. They are supporting the FaceID users. I wouldn’t recommend this bank for anything
Poor service by customer care
There are many disadvantages of taking a credit card from a private bank, which I am already suffering from ii bank.. This is my advice that no one should take Indusind's credit card..pata nai kon kon se bill add karte rehte hai or koi request daalne pe koi salution bhi nai hota ..plz koi naa faso inke chakar mein..very bad experience
Very slow and buggy
Very slow and buggy even on iPhone 15 pro max. CASA integration is horrible. Takes for ever to add second account.
Worst bank, app and worst customer service
I open my account almost 5 years ago and it’s been two years. The bank is still trying to verify all my information on the web submitted everything and showed up in person and still they cannot resolve. Worst experience ever.
Notifications are useless
The app has been improving steadily but has ways to go before it can be considered good. Even after the latest update the UI is not tweaked for the new iPhones. The top portion of the app is still being cutoff by the Dynamic Island in iOS. Notifications sent by Indusind are useless. Please get rid of advertisements in the notifications and actually send transaction information. Right now the notifications can be turned off by the user and they would not lose anything. Overall the UI needs work, some screens are too data dense with small fonts. And please add Dark Theme support
