I expect my bank’s app to at-least perform transfer transactions. For last 4 days 29/11/2023 to 02/12/2023 I am not able to do any transfers transactions. As soon as I tap on transfer it says either account not available or request cannot be processed. I cannot even view my debit card details on the app. I get the same error of account not available or request cannot be processed. On the AppsStore I see the latest version of the BOB application as v3.6.2 and when the app version in the actual BOB application is v3.6.3! I am moving away as a customer from bank of baroda the moment I get a better banking solution option.
