When it works
When it works it’s very helpful. It is easier at times to use the app than to use the website. When it’s broken, it a very frustrating and not useful. Since it’s the only way to check the balance. The notifications do not work, but it is what it is.
United StatesWhy is there no live human that I can speak to?
I had initiated a $400 transfer to another account however after 3 days the money just came back into my account with no explanation whatsoever. When I attempted to contact someone I only get the recording with no option to speak to a live person. What is unfair is that when you are receiving UI benefits you are forced to deal with such an inept company that could care less about customer service so much so that they do not provide any at all. Beyond frustrating and I can hardly wait to find a job to no longer have to use this useless company.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks to receive the transfer to my bank account. It was easy enough to set up the transfer in the app but now it’s been over 2 weeks and nothing yet. I contacted customer service to start the transaction dispute and was advised it would be 45-90 days to receive the missing funds?!! It’s perfectly okay though. I’m sure when I just explain this to the bill collectors they will understand completely and they won’t shut off my electricity or repo my car and they will just let me take the groceries out of the store without paying because my money is floating in limbo. Lesson learned, just go to an ATM and pay the fee and take your cash to the bank to deposit it. Better to be out a few dollars instead of trying to save them using the transfer option.

It’s always something that glitches everytime I login it’s frozen or password says incorrect even though it isn’t. Can’t load recent transactions. Needs software update stat!!!!!!

No way to contact, no sense of urgency, no consequences for no customer service. I picture these execs. as the poster child of a ‘yes men’. Cozying up to the rarely respected reptiles who delay and deny and dehumanize. Citizens seek out their most basic human needs after dealing with the devastating effects of unemployment. This app, (these people) seek out ways to delay your payment. Proudly picking up the check for the unemployment staff’s wild weekly Pizza Pizza party. No one wants to be here. It’s cold.
