not the best app
This app is helpful at times, but overall Genoa bank is outdated and needs major improvements. You can’t immobile deposit checks like every other bank, their systems go down and the app won’t work, you can’t call technical support if the bank is closed. The app doesn’t load correctly anymore and it seems to go down for a few days at least every month.

Love the online banking
The GenoaBank app is awesome. It is sooo convenient for me. I rarely have to go inside the bank anymore. I can deposit checks into my account and move money around from my different accounts. I can do it all with ease 😊
