I have tried her for the past six months to try to get this app to work and it’s still not working. I am always assured that it works fine, but yet when I show even the bank tellers that it won’t recognize anything that I type in, they still assure me that this app works, which it clearly does not.

Tried to link using the Zelle feature you guys say is available but it isn’t. There’s no “pay with Zelle” option like you say online
