The update is terrible
Keeps looping even using Face ID requiring passwords and make you reset repeatedly also says no access to outside accounts when there is no outside account attached. Please fix this. Customer service is clueless

I’m not sure what the issue is with this app but 9 times out of 10 when you log in you aren’t able to see your balance! They need a serious fix.

Every single time I go to login the Face ID does not work and then it asks for my password. I enter my password and it tells me it’s incorrect and locks my account. So SICK OF FIRST SECURITY!!!

The app at times takes days for a transaction to go through don’t expect it to update on the weekend and after 10:00pm my account balance will just say n/a until about 6:00am really could use some big updates
