Face ID
Every single time is says it can’t verify credentials using Face ID and has to send me a code.

When the Face ID breaks after 2 weeks and I’ve forgotten the password and have to make a brand new one it’s terrible. I’m honestly thinking of leaving this bank because of this inconvenience and going to a different bank with a better application.

Continues to tell me credentials are not correct. Already has blocked me from logging into my account and almost my husbands. I had to call because it said too many attempts to log in with incorrect credentials but I did use correct ones. Was working then stopped.

It’s so annoying to have the apps Face ID break on a weekly basis, same with the auto populate password. If it’s incapable of keeping the authentication method, just remove it.

It’s frustrating that the app auto populates a date for payment that isn’t valid because it’s a holiday. if you know it’s invalid don’t auto populate.
