I don’t like the new app because I cannot access it. When I contacted customer service I was told I would have to upgrade to a newer phone in order to use your app! I’ve been a customer since the ‘70’s, I’m old, living on a budget my phone works just fine (except with your app alone) and a new phone is not in my future; so now I must bank with Simmons in person or online without use of the app. Very inconvenient and none of the other banks have gone so far as to exclude me in this way, yet. I’m really unhappy that to use your services, I must go the expense of a new phone.

Omg this app is so darn slow opening its crunching forever this crazy.
Doesnt work
This app doesnt work anymore. My current amount will never load. Not on internet or data no matter how long I wait it just gives me an error, i thought this most resent update would fix that but it hasnt. It used to update almost immediately after I made a purchase and now a tool I rely on is totally broken
Too long to open
I just updated and it’s taking forever to log in the response is slow like it’s a bug.
One star
I was told a checkfor 1497.68 was returned despite being pending.! I put 1600.00 to cover it yesterday. NOW it’s going through again so I don’t have $ to frank to my personal account to cover another check. I’m was charged 36.00 for my effort and receive .1 cents interest. So no - I am e X t r e m l y at one star.. M
Please make app available for iOS below 16
One shouldn’t have to upgrade a phone to use this app; especially when competitor banks don’t require this: Bank of America, Discover Bank etc…

Why does the view on my iPhone not shod the whole page? I could see the whole page until the update was installed.
