Worst Card To Use For Official Travel
Cards are always blocked at random due to CitiBank “fraud protection”- even for legitimate purchases for official travel. No callback from Fraud Department or Quality Assurance when requested. No more than 1 refund request per one week period. Very annoying transaction listing.
iPhone Jailbroken Message
I cannot use the App on my IPhone. I keep getting a message that a Jailbroken device is detected. I was told your App needs to be updated.
Login is awful
The login process is horrible it won’t accept modem passwords you can’t paste a password and it takes too many verification steps to do anything.
Citi Corporate Card Customer Service
Probably the least helpful and most rude customer service I have ever had. Not sure why my company chose Citi. AMEX is 1000 times better.
Pathetic fail
Can't make payments. The operator suggested I use the website because the app is so unreliable. Citi's one of the biggest banks in the world yet can't even manage to make a mobile app that works. Pathetic. Like the rep said, use the app or phone system because the app is a dismal failure.
