In order to provide users with the quickest and most convenient experience possible, the CitiManager App provides all the basic features for corporate cardholders. Cards are always blocked at random due to CitiBank “fraud protection”- even for legitimate purchases for official travel. No callback from Fraud Department or Quality Assurance when requested. No more than 1 refund request per one week period. Very annoying transaction listing.

The login process is horrible it won’t accept modem passwords you can’t paste a password and it takes too many verification steps to do anything.

Probably the least helpful and most rude customer service I have ever had. Not sure why my company chose Citi. AMEX is 1000 times better.

Can't make payments. The operator suggested I use the website because the app is so unreliable. Citi's one of the biggest banks in the world yet can't even manage to make a mobile app that works. Pathetic. Like the rep said, use the app or phone system because the app is a dismal failure.
