Great So Far
I’ve had a almost seamless experience with the app so far. However, it would be nice if we didn’t have to click the Face ID button to log in all the time.
Transfers don’t work
Every time I try to transfer money in the app, it says “experiencing technical difficulties” and I can’t do anything. It’s useless

Finding the site on the NFCU site is not exactly easy. Have to try several different avenues before the ‘aha’ moment.

We addressed an issue impacting date selection when scheduling a transfer, resolved an issue impacting some members ability to Add Member to Member Accounts within Transfers, and made an update to ensure our products were always displaying the most up-to-date rates.
