Great credit builder
I’m using cheese for 8 months now. I saw here some comments regarding the service and must say that from my perspective everything works well, it helps for my credit mix and every time that I contact the customer service I’m getting answers and support.

I contacted his company for months about switching my account from my savings to my checkings!!! I sent emails and I called countless times to a number that no longer has service but it still offered by the company!!!! There's no way to make a manual payment. You have to contact the customer service to have them make it available. I figured all this out after they said I missed a payment way back in November but I'm up-to-date on all the rest of my payments before and after this point!!!!! The representatives are super unprofessional, and overall the app is just terrible and can harm your credit more than it can help!!!!!!!!! Please listen when I say this cause I've contacted these people for weeks through email and they stopped contacting me back after the representative wasn't able to tell me how my payment was missed !!!!!!!!!! Would give 0stars

I would highly advise against doing any business with this company as they are asking for my username and password to my bank through email, then asking me to record the entire process of me typing in my username and password along with my two factor authentication so everybody at their company can review that information, pass it around and steal it! I honestly don’t know how they think these policies and procedures are acceptable but in my email they are asking for this!

Rated one star because I couldn’t even sign up. App clearly states no up front costs, fees etc. but every time I try to connect my savings account it says I don’t have enough money to pay the “fees.” Weird because I see no mention of fees or how much they are trying to charge me. Glad it didn’t work, it’s hard to tell how much they would have taken out of my account.

I opened an acct and didn’t even get any money but they want to charge me. I have messaged customer service several times to cancel my account and no one has responded to me. I am so upset. It’s enraging that they are quick to take your money but when you reach out to customer service they never reply. This is just a scam.
