Car Payment
This bank is a joke. BAD online website and not a user friendly system. Tried paying my car by phone, which I do ALL my bills. Ally is the ONLY one who charges $4 for paying by phone. So, I tried to go online and create a profile to pay online. Tried 4 times. Couldn’t get through it. Finally, as it started to input some of my information, a message popped up saying their website was not available. I DID NOT choose this auto finance company the dealership did. However, I will never choose this company again. I’m almost ready to have them change my account to another company.

I’ll change my review if I can receive help in a timely manner. My car payment is due but I’m having trouble logging in to the ally banking app. It directs me to the ally auto app which then doesn’t allow me to login either. In fact the other day the ally auto app directed me to the ally banking app which then directed me to the auto app. I don’t have time for this. Please help

Not really liking the new update to the Ally Banking Apps … I’ve got a Ally Auto Loan and haven’t had any problems making extra payments or logging into view balance until about a month ago. Whenever I go to login says that I’m using the wrong app and when I use the actual banking app says I need to use Ally Auto App

“Ally Auto Unavailable: Ally Auto is temporarily unavailable. If you need help, call us.” This is the message I’ve been getting for about a year now. I called but they did nothing about it. Too bad, when it worked it was an excellent app.

Unable to login to the app to make my car payment. Unable to make a car payment using the regular ally app so now I have do be subjected to a $4 processing fee that ally refuses to waive because a “third party” handles the fee. Looking forward to this class action lawsuit because this is not legal. Absolutely disappointing
United StatesATTENTION! Need to use the OTHER ALLY App
This is to let everyone know, as you already do, that this Ally Auto app no longer works. Download the new Ally app and log in with your same credentials. The new app will bring up your dashboard for just your auto loan where you can make payments, view history, etc as before. It’s poor service that have not informed us of this, only to let everyone beat their head against the wall.
