The older version was Much easier to operate for a mobile deposit. Once I use more on the app I will update my review.

At first I thought all in was the best bank out, until they randomly started taking money from me and tried to cover it up by saying “its a service from us” like they were doing me a favor by RANDOMLY WITH NO REAL EXPLANATION why they took it so I close the account indefinite. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.

I’m able to download the app and sign in then it wants to ‘confirm its me’. When I hit confirm it gives the option to call for confirmation. When I hit that it gives a ‘calling’ signal but the call never actually comes through. Therefore I can’t confirm it’s me leading to not being able to use the app. This has been happening for almost 2 months now.

Overall AllINCU app is fine, gets the job done, although my emendation would be. 1) Have some life, throw some color in the main page 2) Simplify the platform, have Zelle, bill pay, transfer under 1 page/sub category 3) Bill pay, have a reminder, e bill option available Please check Keesler FCU app, Wrlls Fargo. Alluncu app is good, just needs a little color, live and tweakinh
