Why did they remove the lock/unlock card feature from the mobile app? Such an inconvenience.
Will not update on phone.
I’ve had my banking on my iPhone for some time, now with the newest update. I’m told I’ll have to get upgraded to newer phone. I refuse to buy a $1000.00 phone to get my banking information.

Love the app
I love this app. It’s easy to use and understand. However, I have been trying to e deposit a check all day and the camera isn’t showing when I do it. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with this.
. I really regret I have CDs with 5 Star
I really regret having my CDs tied up with Five Star. I waited 55 minutes to talk to customer service. I could not change or leave even leave instructions not to renew the CDs. Have to wait for the 10 day window. Can’t imagine having to wait this long again to speak to the customer service to cancel the auto renew on several. It’s almost like the central office staff really enjoys aggravating their customers. In contrast, their local staff is great. Navy Federal had this option on their web site so I was able to have several choices to change what I wished to do with my mature CDs at any time. I don’t remember being asked when I bought these if there were any options. My fault. Hope this helps others not to tie up their money this way when there are plenty of other Banks that give you a choice in case your can’t make the 10 day window and be stuck with the interest rate the bank chooses. This is a rule that only benefits this type of bank. It should be illegal for banks to make the decision for their customers since they could choose a much lower rate than the owner wishes. James
