A live TV app that doesn’t do live TV
Simple as that, connected to my home WiFi yet thinks I’m not connected to my home WiFi. Would give zero stars if possible

This app is the worst, wish I could give zero stars. Anytime I attempt to use it I get the message “this feature isn’t available at this time”. Can’t wait to get rid of Optimum all together.

Not sure what is going on but this app has gone from just ok to completely useless. Can’t watch more than 5 seconds without pause. And that is if the picture ever connects at all. Not worth the frustration.

This app has problems and there is no way to report the bugs so a developer could fix them. Have this app on 3 different fairly new iPad models running latest iOS 14. App has a problem with the volume where using the volume up/down buttons does not change the volume noticeably. The audio is hard to hear and you can’t do anything to increase it. If I connect AirPods then the audio level seems to be read correctly and the volume up/down buttons do change the volume. Once AirPods are removed the volume controls go back to not working. Please forward this to the development team and have someone fix this annoying problem.

UPDATE IOS 14 - this app still doesn’t work. The guide doesn’t show - how can you watch anything on it if YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE CHANNEL? Can’t use it for anything. Deleted and downloaded again, still NOTHING. DEVELOPERS PLEASE DO SOMETHING ....I know it’s free but, why have an APP if it does function? What’s the purpose of that? This used to be a great app. I can tell from the ratings that I’m not the only one having problems with it. It literally worked this morning, but hours later, it says “ not available “ after trying to sign in. What’s the point of the app? It works when it wants to. Lately, that’s like 3 times a month. Supposed to work with iOS 13. What’s the point of this app that hasn’t been updated in 7 MONTHS? Come on, DEVs. Help us out here.

What an horrible app!!! I wonder how is possible, we pay so much money to Optimum and they can’t support a decent service. Better to use FIOS.
