Performance Matters

It’s a garbage app that my job requires me to use. Don’t understand why the app keeps rotating my camera 90deg to the left either. Would uninstall if it weren’t required by my boss’s boss’s boss.

This is the absolute worst app I have ever had to use deal with. Users constantly receive errors about not being registered for courses when they attempt to scan QR codes for attendance. Often times the access code needed to login in doesn’t work either.

I used to have no problem using the app to sign in for PD but now the app crashes every time I try to open it. Please fix!

It’d be great if we could use this consistently and confidently, but it CONSTANTLY requires you to enter the access code pretty much every time you go into it to sign in for professional learning. It is incredibly inconvenient for us as facilitators and for participants, and certainly not what I’d expect from a professional learning related app.

Issues to fix 1. App can’t be used to join a class/section 2. App only can be used to scan into a session (with unclear feedback) 3. App doesn’t encourage the survey response that is required for credit 4. Unable to access the performance matters website from the app 5. Unable to add a course from safari on an iPhone. Must login in with a computer to add a course section. Timely. Frustrating. Ineffective. Teachers are robbed of credit of several hoops are not jumped throughly completely.
