This app is available for districts and their employees that have added the Frontline Insights Platform.
Worst app ever
This app is always locking people out. You’re supposed to use this to call in sick but I always end up having to call an administrator to unlock my account which I cash only do when my district is open. Which means when I start a 6:00 am shift on Monday morning I have no way of calling in sick until after my shift starts. Please don’t force your employees to use this horrible app.

The jobs in my district are picked up quickly. I use biometrics so that I do not have to worry about logging in. Quite often when I am notified that there is an assignment, I have to physically login. Half the time I do not remember the password because I have to change it so often. By the time I physically login or change the password, the assignment is no longer available. This happens in a matter of seconds and far too often.

I’ve been using this app since January and really liked how well it worked. However, the most recent update changed how it interacts with iCal. Now to add a job to my schedule, it requires total access to every aspect of my calendar. Why? It was working fine at adding the info before this update. Why did you change it so that you would have access to my entire calendar?

Not sure if it was an update but before jobs posted used to be accurate when they were taken and didn’t linger for long. Now I click and it says it has been taken and yet still remains posted.
