Terrible, frustrating and terrible
Disappointed
I am looking for communication apps to better help business owners who struggle with communication. The feature of this app looked promising, however I have no idea how it functions because I never got passed the loading screen. I waited 10 min then deleted the app. If it is a compatibility issue with my old iPhone 7 (which I otherwise have no problems with) this is also a problem for obvious reasons.
Worst phone product I’ve encountered
Incredible that this company is in business. App functionality is horrible, dialing issues, wifi issues, rarely works as it should. A business opportunity for someone, the fact that they charge for the product is downright shocking.

If I could give zero stars I would . Worst app ever . Time after time the app puts users in unavailable mode .
Horrible call dropping rate
I have had more issues with this app and dropping calls than any other mobile calling app I’ve ever used before. You go to answer a call, it looks like it’s going to connect then disconnects. You answer a call and start to have a conversation and it drops. Vonage support is a joke when it comes to supporting this as the solution for a MOBILE APP was to add my public IP to their whitelist which didn’t solve a thing nor is it something they should be doing for their massive customer base. The solution should be hmm let me pass that on to our team that develops this web app and have them see why it only has a 2 star rating in the App Store. Couldn’t possibly be because this app is garbage could it?? maybe it needs fixing or an update?? Come on Vonage. You are way too big of a company to let stuff like this fly. Fix your app
New update
New update is physically more appealing and I love it. But now the dial pad isn’t automatically shown after making a call which takes a lot of time out of my day as I am constantly on the phone. I liked it when you ended a call, the dial pad was automatically back on the screen. Please bring this feature back.
No more VPN
New update is more visually appealing, but now it seems we have lost the ability to make calls on VoIP. Was great when I was in a building and couldn't get service so would connect to the free wifi but have my VPN there for security. Now I can't make calls without turning my VPN off Which defeats the entire purpose.
