Unable to clear notifications
I cannot clear my notifications
Buggy
Not the best, needs a lot of work. Doesn’t load all the way, needs to be reset a lot. Could be top notch if they out some effort into it and cleaned it up.
Latest update trashed the app
Functionality is horrible, have to rely on email notifications for new messages. The message filters don’t work and it’s impossible to see your important conversations. Sense is Another software company with no vision but to extract more money without providing more value (because that’s harder work).
New Update
This update is just bad. Your most recent messages do not update and there’s no way to archive any messages…. Makes it quite hard to message someone when they aren’t refreshed
New Update is Trash
Hate this new update… takes longer to load, messages show unread on the app even tho they have been responded to on desktop. Can’t archive messages on the app. 👎🏼👎🏼
ALLOW CALLS TO SHOW SENSE NUMBER
The company I work for uses sense to help communicate with applicants. The days I work from home is when the app becomes very convenient for me. ONLY issue is that when I call out, applicants see my personal number and not my assigned sense number. If there was a way to change this it would be perfect!
Terrible app top to bottom
I’m not typically one to go out of my way to write bad reviews but this app is terrible. Every other message says the text wasn’t delivered then magically delivers seconds later. Under the “newest” messages it just throws them in whatever order it wants. Messages will say it’s going to one person and then send to another in my text list. Huge privacy issue. I can’t really think of one thing the app does well. Super laggy. Don’t even think about using the web app - it’s just as bad and slow. Not a fan.
