I have to download this app for work. And it was working fine for awhile. And when I go to the app on my phone it’s a white screen. And I had to redownload this app a few times already. I went to the App Store to download the app and it says that I have it and I can open the app. But the app itself is not on my phone. And when I go to open the app from the play store it’s shows a white screen?

Our company uses UKG for payroll and scheduling and punching in and out of work. Since I started using it with them about 7 months ago it has had problems the entire time. Often times it doesn’t let you punch in or it won’t let you log in all together for “technical issues” and this will be the case for the entire staff often. I honestly don’t know why we keep using this service. Literally any other payroll and scheduling service would be better.

The newer version of this app never works. It can get me to the dashboard and that’s about it. Anytime I try to navigate to another page, like to clock-in, the page never opens.

the amount of times i’ve been trying to check updates on my schedule and respond to things im messaged about on this app and then not been able to get onto it is crazy. always some technical issue or i get kicked out and have to sign in over and over again.

Huge downgrade from the previous app. Still not working since I was forced to download this for work. Missing basic features the previous version had like checking who was working the same day, just all around very disappointing
