Bluetooth/Wifi print problematic
This printer is always disconnecting or the indicator will be blue but still can’t print.
Can’t sign in
I can’t get past the sign in screen. There is no option to sign in after entering my info
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Nothing but struggles with the wireless printer. In fact, I’ve had it for 1.5 yrs and it only functions SOMEWHAT properly when wired. Even then, I have to battle it nearly daily to find out “what’s wrong now!” VERY, VERY temperamental. I paid up and it didn’t get anywhere near expectations.

Terrible hardware and app. The printer disconnects every couple of months and takes numerous attempts to reconnect to WiFi. Sometimes it takes 10-12 tries to reconnect because it thinks the password is incorrect. Some of us don’t need all the convoluted integrations and clutter found in the app. I just print directly from eBay for my business; I don’t need 90% of the nonsense found in the Rollo app. The other MAJOR annoyance is the lack of buttons or some other interface on the printer itself. There’s what seems like dozens of color combinations for the lights on the printer that I have to look up within the app. It’s tedious and unnecessary. For the love of god, just put a screen on the printer like every other manufacturer so I know instantly what is wrong with this unstable dumpster fire of a printer. I thought this product would help save time and make certain operations within my business more efficient… boy, was I wrong. I have an epson (for regular printing) and it NEVER disconnects, and I’ve had it for 3 years. My Rollo is less than 2 years old and I’ve had to reconnect it every 2 months or so, and it takes 10-20 minutes each time. I’ve lost HOURS of my time and therefore I cannot recommend this to anyone trying to run a business (unless you don’t care about efficiency, time or money). Here’s what MIGHT make me consider sticking with Rollo: •add a screen that tells the user what is wrong or what needs to be done. •DRASTICALLY improve stability and connectivity •fix whatever is going on with the labels needing to constantly realign. (Problem with labels requiring me to open the printer, adjust the roll, then the 2 labels are fed through the printer which then forces me to have to open the printer, roll it back and feed it through again. Most of the time this means I have a label that then needs to be torn off the roll and stored elsewhere until the roll is out so i can manually feed it individual labels.. SUPER ANNOYING. •lastly, create a “lite” app that just has basic functionality for formatting, settings, troubleshooting etc. Again, I don’t need 90% of what’s in the current app
Don't buy.
I originally left a 1 star review, and after receiving a response where they requested I reach out to customer service for help, I maintain my 1 star review. I did reach out to customer service and received zero help nor was the issue resolved. They failed to find the "root cause" as they like to call it. I lost no less than 2 business days trying to troubleshoot this device. It is faulty, jenky, and not worth the $300 I spent. Buy a different label printer from a different company.
Great minus USPS
For shipping with UPS, rollo is amazing and absolutely speeds up our entire process. Until you have to ship with USPS (ie - P.O. Boxes). We have repeatedly reported this glitch (which came to a head right around holiday sales season 2023) and it still hasn’t been fixed. They’ve said they are aware of it… it’s nearly April now and USPS labels still won’t probably print. We are actively paying more for some shipments for the convenience of rollo b/c not using it disrupts our workflow so much, but it’s ridiculous we can’t print a USPS label thru it. Fix this Rollo.
Faulty. Inconsistent. Waste of money.
Works great when it wants to. Continuously disconnects from network. Says my network password is wrong even when it isn’t. Disconnects every time I leave because it’s connected and set up from my cell phone.
