Can’t even log in
Error code 403 when inputting email address to log in to the app, so not useful at all for me.
Missing important features
I’ll be honest I have no idea how this app is useful. When it first logs in you can see it flash stats but then there’s no way to actually find where the stats are in the app, which is just very strange. The homepage of the app is seemingly useless. It doesn’t do anything there are no features or links, or anything to the homepage. So you just have to login into the website anyways, so yeah I don’t really understand the point of this. All you can do is send messages and see an order but that’s really not all you need to do to run a business. There is a lot more to it like the whole marketing aspect of this. So stats, marketing, anything that would help you figure out if your store is actually being seen not here.
I really want to like this app but…
It’s missing such a HUGE part of managing (and growing) a brand on FAIRE… the marketing! A “watered down” app version of your website’s campaign manager would be amazing… even just the ability to send your pre-made templates, if the editor is too much to ask for. Anything is better than nothing. I would rather use your tools/content of you could make it more accessible. Currently I export our lists to third party email marketing platforms with iPhone/iPad apps. With my trade show travel schedule and busy family life, a laptop or desktop is not always an option. I find myself working on my phone more and more. Please consider it :) PS I love FAIRE… big fan of the company as a whole!!! From the perspective of a former retailer, now wholesaler, I believe you’re providing an amazing marketplace for both sides to find each other. It’s wonderful!
Great app!
This app is great for customer service. We don’t have to be at our computer to respond in real time to any customer questions, which helps us provide great customer service! Love to hear the new order “plinks” too without having to check emails or the computer. BONUS!!!! The new upgrade with stats is very helpful and much appreciated! Can’t wait to see what changes come with future updates.

I love faire so much. There just can’t be a complaint. The customer service is impeccable and they make the wholesale process so simple and easy. It’s just too good to be true yet it is true. I can only knit pick the app bc there’s so few things you can even find wrong with Faire in general. I would LOVE to have some sort of cha Ching or something special when I get an order. It would also be great to be able to edit products and all through the app. I’m sure this is all in the works. Literally the only two things I can say “wrong” abt the app. It’s so amazing and Faire is a company I’m beyond proud of to be a merchant at. - Sahara Sage Boutique
What about adding products??
Sure it’s great that we can contact buyers faster but they still means we have to log in to add or edit products. Photos still have to be uploaded to computers from phones , logged in then added, and then there’s no way to edit anything unless we go back into our desktops! Hoping for a way to add products more consistently through an app as for myself, it’s become very time consuming to do with the current way
Glad to have it but it lacks a key feature
First of all thank you for getting this up and running. I have always noticed a delay between when the order is placed or when messages come in vs when I’m notified via Faire through email. My customers will sometimes tell me when they have ordered and it’s usually about 35-45 minutes until I see it on Faire. The app has made it so that I’m getting messages and orders in real time which I appreciate. Really need the ability to print the paper order from the app. Would love the ability to edit products if possible. And to view our shop on mobile so we can see how it appears to our accounts. Thanks again for the app and appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback.
