Amazing but not instant
While I want to love this app, I just installed it and it’s not an app that updates in real-time. I have it installed on my store and I’m acting as a customer in one browser and my store in another browser, and I have to refresh the browser for to update the chat bubble on the customer side. hopefully this can be fixed because otherwise there’s really no use in having this on your side if you can’t interact in real time Any thoughts?

View customer's conversation history in the customer profile. Available on desktop and mobile. * When speaking to a customer, you can see previous conversations directly from the customer profile. * On desktop, find conversation history on the right hand panel of Inbox. On mobile, click on the customer name and scroll down to see conversation history.
