Where is my fax history?
I am unable to find my fax history. There should be years of history from area code 254 which I still find absolutely fascinating to this day.

The sound quality is 7/10, acceptable but might be better, although I’m not satisfied about the fact how hard the made it to cancel the account, you need to wait on a hold for a long time to speak with an agent

I have spent days trying to hook my account up with my boss, but gotten nowhere. Then I just subscribed and seemed to have everything working. This morning I got on the app and my phone was not available. There’s no recourse to get help, really (the office manager spent over a week to get an answer back from customer service). The app is inflexible, as is the computer program. I would find another such program. I’m losing money and clients due to the problems in this app.

I have this for work . Far superior our other last phone system. I can contact( by phone and text) patients on my cell and it looks like it’s from a office line . Great to still maintain my privacy.The video conference feature works well too . The only thing is it can’t be silenced thru my Apple Watch . There is no Apple watch app .

- complicated , difficult to set up. Horrible customer services I was told I would be on a month to month plan , went to cancel and was told I was automatically put on another year. Shady sales practices. Charged a hefty termination fee, charged extra for taxing. Vonage doesn’t do that. Customer service super rude. Tried to double charge me for the month I already paid for. Was able to contest with CC. Stay away from them there are better companies. Corporate greed at its finest.

None of the features mentioned in the help section are available in the app suddenly. They seemed to be there before. There is no option to upgrade or mention that certain features are for paid only options. Not easy to navigate or maintain
