I tried to change my banking information. It keeps asking for my old banking information. I don’t have it anymore. I contacted customer service for help. They told me to delete the app, then get the app. They said when I login again, I can change my bank information. I want to log in to this app. But so doesn’t have facebook login. I contacted customer service they will not help me. I they this app is keeping people money. They want the service, but don’t want us to cash out. I wish someone we help me. I was told to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I changed my bank account. I trying to change bank account information. There isn’t a way to change the information. It keep asking for the previous bank information. I don’t have the information. I email them about this. They aren’t helping me about this. They keep telling me the same information. Now I can’t login in now. I am very upset about this.

Couldn’t even get signed up to try it - continued to say it was sending a code to my phone but that never happened so who knows?!? Plenty of other apps to make money with that actually work well so just skip this one!!!
United StatesAccount Deactivated for “altered” photo after making a required purchase- No refund
After completing my first pickl and buying the required product ($40) my photo was rejected. The reason given was that altered photos are not allowed, and then my account was swiftly blocked. The only thing I could think was that I didn’t include the coupon at the bottom of the receipt in the photo. I reached out via email and included multiple photos of the receipt to show it was not altered and to gain more insight as to why I no longer have an account. In the end I spent $40 to make $5- due to the fact the app claims they will reimburse you. Unfortunately, I was blocked as soon as I bought their product. I’m still waiting to hear back. Will update when/if I hear back.
