I did an $8 job. It was rejected because they said I messed up on one photo for the ‘entire lunch meat section’. I photographed that section and double-checked my work. There was no other section. I have worked for grocery stores in the past for many years and have a ton of experience. No reason this job should have been rejected. I wasted gas and time for a job I will never be paid for. Also, I did a $12 job and everything was perfect. Still haven’t been paid and support has ignored my emails. No place in the app to list my PayPal, CashApp, Venmo…NOTHING…anyway, so I can be paid. Will NEVER do another job for this ridiculous company!!! GET BETTER!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would ABSOLUTE SCAM !!! If you don’t believe me go online look Observa reviews and there is not one good one. They have you do all the work to only reject all your submissions so you can basically do free work. And if you still don’t believe me come back after trying it and you tell me.

I did three stores for this app. Great pictures I have a brand new iPhone, 15 Pro Max, and they declined the pictures stating that they weren’t useful when you could clearly see the shelves from top to bottom and above and everything on the shelves even read all the labels great quality pictures.

The times required are no where near the time it takes! I advise others to stay away from Category Photo Audits! Total waste of time minimum pay to organize 10 sections NOT JUST PHOTOGRAPH! Very misleading descriptions in app! I’ve had a couple rejected but never added back to map! I think they deny job pay and submit photos to clients anyway!
