Take your business elsewhere
I understand having a 30 day wait period for new accounts before releasing funds. But they then put my account on $200 limit and held all other funds for another 30 days after being processed and would deny any increase on that limit. Their solution to this problem was to continue to make transactions and apply again next month. I don’t know of any businesses that can afford to just not get paid for a month waiting for PayPal to possibly decide to give them approval. The chat for customer service wasn’t any help either, my chat was canceled on multiple occasions and it took two days to get anyone on the phone. Will never do business with them again.

I’ve used PayPal invoicing for years and years and they keep making it harder and harder to use for some ridiculous reason. The app is a joke. First it asks to verify your identity a million times but won’t let you actually do it and instead says something went wrong, then it freezes mid invoice forcing you to log in again and lose all information, then it reuses already used invoice numbers and tells you you’ve already used that number, I can go on and on. I’m this close to deleting it all and looking for something new.

I’ve been a PayPal client customer for over 20 years, yet, including a customer of the former PayPal “Here” credit card processing system. Yet, when I switched over to using a PayPal business account, connected to a business entity, they would not approve me for Zettle credit card processing account, and I can’t find out why either.

PayPal seemingly makes you jump through proverbial hoops about money you’re owed. On top of that they even went into my account and took out money that I was awarded when Apple made a mistake. Yes, they did that. Unfortunately it’s looking like the thing to do is just stop these guys from doing what they’ve been allowed to do. They clearly don’t really care about the buyers, as they’re means for refunds is horrendous.

I do love instant transfer and availability to and from my bank accounts via PayPal ; I really appreciated the fixed fees prior to Covid. Overall my business has been affected in terms of decline in sales as well as lowered selling prices . I sure wish that PayPal would eliminate these present exorbitant fees for instant transfer. I’m still faithful to PayPal despite it all .
