Get rid of the iOS update requirement
Going to lose a lot of people just because you all want to require the newest iOS update. Not buying a new $1,000 phone or slowing my perfectly working phone down just to be able to clock in and out on my phone. Crap doesn’t make sense, just all about the money right. Make a version everyone else can use. Same as time where it just has a punch clock. Can get on a desktop to do all the other stuff on flex. I’m sure apple is helping you all in some way or giving you money, requiring the update. Knowing when people update their older iPhone it will just slow it down since the processor wasn’t designed for the programs the newest phone was made for. Should listen to your customers and reviews, and focus on ease of use and be logical, not just focus on profit

All new iOS users are having difficulty so therefore it’s not for everyone. Either way, if your company mandates the use of this app I believe the creator should be aware and keep updated

So I downloaded this to make it easier on myself to clock in and out at work. The problem is, I never made it past the login screen. I’d put in my login info and everything, but when I’d hit the login button, it’d just put up the loading circle. It never opened the actual app.

Used to be helpful but what good is it if you can’t even log in via the app. Pretty pointless and customer service never responded to concern.

Continually freezes requires me to restart my phone just about every other time I try to log in. Force quitting does not help.
