This app is literally always down. I still have never used it, everytime you log in they are having technical difficulties.

I was not upset in hearing the news, I wanted to know what are we going to do about it. In the next few weeks I went through mammograms, sonograms and was diagnosed as having Invasive Ductal Carcinoma in the right breast. As I was preparing to start on this journey, I prayed and prayed and I asked God to walk with me through this and he did. I prayed that everything would be alright. I went to my Aflac cancer policy that I had signed up for. I remember my agent said to me , Brenda you may never use this , but we never know what is in the future. That was in 2011 when I signed up and I am glad I did. Aflac has been wonderful in working with me through this. I have been through my surgery, my Kemo and Radiation. It has been a year since my diagnosis and I continue to do all of my follow ups. To be a member of Aflac was a great investment. I appreciate all of what Aflac has done for me and is still doing . I am still on my Journey and I thank God every day as I walk in my Spiritual journey with him. Blessings to the Aflac Family, Brenda Arkward

I have cancelled short term disability and life insurance and I was provided cancellation numbers for both. All of a sudden yall want me to get in touch with payroll. I didn’t sign myself up for your crappy products and services so I don’t feel like that’s my job. Do YOUR job and stop taking my money after I have cancelled. This is TOTAL B.S.

I have tried to get into my app so I can see how to get reimbursed, for some if the Dr’s visit! Nope app down! I’ve deleted it & uploaded it agin. Same thing every time. May have gotten into 1 or 2 times!!😡😡😡😡
