Not reliable
I used this service for close to a year. The same person did my laundry each week. Suddenly, she vanished with no notice and the company said they had no one in the area to do my laundry. Can’t see this company lasting very long.
Sells Credit Card Info on Dark Web
After signing up for this service I immediately received several fraud charges on my credit card- never happened before in my life and first time I used this CC to purchase online. This company sells your information to scammers!
Reasonably priced
I've been using the service for a year. I send a bag of laundry every two weeks. It takes 2 weeks for me to fill a bag. The service has been great. I get everything nicely folded and socks paired. My tshirts come back like they are ironed.
Horrible service
I sent 26 shirts for ironing, came back with more wrinkles. Never delivered on time . Customer service is bad
I'm happy I don't have to do laundry anymore
I've been using Laundrycare for the last 3 months and I completed 7 orders. Mostly 2 bags per order, but a single bag for 2 orders. I never had issues and the service has been great. The pricing is reasonable for the size of the bag ($30 for a 13-gallon bag). I never had issues with remeasuring. I switched to using their reusable bags after my first order. In my first order I used a stretchable trash bag and I know I overfilled a bit, but they didn't charge extra.
Pricing Issues
I sent my laundry order in ONE 13 gallon bag, as they charge by the bag. I was able to fit all my laundry into this one bag, closing and tying it. I then get an email saying the provider “remeasured” it into two bags, where I would get charged twice as much. From Laundry Care Biz FAQ on their website it says: “If your bag is overstuffed or unable to close, a overage charge may apply. To avoid overage charges, be sure your filled bag is able to close completely and no loose items are left outside of the bag.” I was able to close my bag completely with no loose items. According to their website that is how I would avoid overage charges. But the customer service rep “Cassandra” kept telling me my bag was overstuffed and that they would charge me extra in the future. I haven’t had this issue in the past using the same amount of laundry. I will try “Sudshare” next time where they charge by the pound, so the price is consistent.
App
Having problems with the app! It won’t let me pick a drop-off time. I’ve deleted and re-installed the app to no avail... it still isn’t working! It’s really frustrating when I’m trying to pay for a service and I can’t schedule an order.
