DON’T USE THIS APP
It worked for about 2 weeks and now I can’t even log in. It says “Customer ID not found” and I’ve tried deleting and redownloading and there’s literally nothing I can do. Nothing online will tell me how I can fix it and this app makes me want to do unspeakable things it’s so infuriating.
It wont let me in
I love this app because i can check my schedule but for some odd reason it wont let me in i thought it needed an update but it doesnt please update the app so i can log in thanks

This app is absolutely horrible! You won’t recognize my job and then won’t recognize my password! Even though I signed in earlier

this app literally gives me so many problems every time I use it. I can login only occasionally, and I can’t put in time off requests. The website barely works either. it really does need improvement.
Terrible
My job uses this app to do scheduling and time off requests, and it is the worst thing I've ever had the displeasure of using. It either doesnt let me log in despite my username and password being correct, or it cant load any of the app once i am logged in. The UI overall and the general app is terrible. It feels like this app was designed, never tested, and never improved once being made.

Why has this app not been working for months?
Doesn’t work with IOS version 14.2
Just updated my iPhone 11 to IOS 14.2 and app doesn’t work. It just shows a blank page. Please fix as soon as possible. I already tried deleting and reinstalling and that did nothing.
This update is signed with Apple’s latest signing certificate. No new features are included.
