I love the option and the functionality we get from the app, I wish the capabilities were a little more but overall happy with it My only real complaint is that 9/10 times when trying to connect to the VCM lite in order to read the VIN my app will crash sometimes once sometimes it will happen multiple times in a row.

Nothing about Ford ever seems to work. Not even their apps. My car comes with the ability to run a diagnostic on itself, but that feature is no longer available (of course). I’m also supposed to be able to use “ford compatible apps”, but you have to download the app for that (which was apparently also discontinued). I’ve been trying to use all the other apps, but not a single one of them can be used on my car making my cars “built in features” useless. What is the point of putting it in the car and then getting rid of the features instead of fixing them or the apps?

Feature shows that it has a scan tool to scan the vin# but it does not work. You have to manually enter the 17 digit Vin every time you use the tool.

Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Reset. Expanded vehicle support for PATS. Improved Vehicle History Results. Resolved issue causing some module to show as not responding.
