The myKaarma application is a mobile application for Automotive Dealerships. It provides functionality and features to streamline the interaction with Service Customers who have appointments or vehicles being serviced at the Dealership. It interfaces with most common Dealer Management Systems and allows the dealer to Communicate with the customer via email, text messages and voice calls.

⚠️⚠️MYKAARMA IS COSTING ME $$$$. MyKaarma auto-sends an estimate to my customer after 2.0 hours. Before I can even intercept and clean up the numerous errors client gets a $14,000.00 quote for a laundry list of repairs which completely grenades the sale and only reinforces the stereotype that dealerships are overpriced price gouging. My professional mission is to get my company to cancel MyKaarma
INTERFACE IS AWFUL
Entire system and interface is terrible and now with the most recent update it completely changed the interface and it’s now even worse.. didn’t think it was possible

On top of all the problems with the web based version of Mykaarma, the app is even more limiting.
My kaarma
My kaarma is doing nothing but making me less money… Constantly crashing and messing up my quotes. I can’t use biometric login for some reason. They have some op code that will erase your labor and replace it with .8 hr. This software has a lot of problems

Every day I use it there’s an app update and it cashes when trying to save a video or photo. Tried on different device and same issue. Restart device after update and crash. Update again and app crashes.
