After downloading and logging in with the same credentials you use for the Envoy web platform, the mobile app can be used to: • View the status of a case • Upload required case documents • View messages in Communication Center • Post a message for an Envoy-affiliated attorney or in-country expert • Retrieve current I-94 information directly from USCBP • View expiration dates for current status and passport • Upload documents to the Personal Document Library • Receive notifications for case status updates and for new messages Have feedback? They finally fixed the login issue that people have been reporting! I love that I can see my case and get updates from my legal team. It’d be awesome if it would send me notifications about my case status or if I could log in using faceid.
