App never works
I have reset password and will never login always an issue with this
Inane Feature
Barely downloaded the app and I already can’t use it because “the app is disabled while the vehicle is in motion”. I’m literally a passenger in this vehicle, and there’s not an option to indicate that I’m not driving. Really stupid attempt at a safety feature.
App does not work
I have tried to reset my password and every time I’m enter the temp password it does not work. I have tried multiple times double checking my spelling and capitalization and it does not work. I went online to the website and it worked first try. After resetting my password i tried the app again with my new password and it still did not let me log in. Simply put the app does not work. I could not even sign in to my account or recover my account trying to get a new password.
Won’t let me log in
Our administrator can see my info has all been submitted I have tried multiple times to login and it won’t let me and says my email not found in the system. Have called and left a voicemail for someone to please call me about this but haven’t heard a word from them.
