Room search and item recognition
It would be a lot more helpful on larger jobs if you could search rooms. I’m currently on a very large loss and I’ve had to scroll looking for rooms for up to like 5 minutes just trying to locate the right one. It would also be a lot more helpful if the item recognition worked properly, I have yet had it properly identify an item and I just feel like that feature could really save me so much time and it’s such an amazing idea! Gave it a 3 star because I’m really hoping someone sees my issue with not being able to search the rooms!

I am the Packout Crew lead for a large disaster recovery franchise - we drive the YELLOW vans. ;) We average 25 pack outs per month and have been using CT for 4 years. I have seen this app come a LONG way from the early days of development. Your techs (specifically Jared & Brandon) have always been receptive to improvement suggestions, tweaks and minor overhauls. My "Top 5" wishlist was always met with interest and eagerness and was never static for long. While there is a ramp up period necessary to acclimate to how CT works with what results you need, it is an awesome tool that has made doing our job a lot easier. My latest top 5 items are of lesser global impact and by no means an issue of work stoppage. Thanx guys. ~ Lorie
