Rubbish
Absolute rubbish, every time I go to pay my bill I have to go into my banking app to approve it and when I go back to Barclaycard app it’s shut down n I’m back to sq one n payment hast worked, waste of time!!
Poor service
the worst app I've ever used and the worst technical support. Every 2 out of 5 times I have no access or my balance is invisible.
Of no recognisable use
Waste of storage space you can’t do anything with this app all it does it plunges you into a loop of FAQs which don’t have the As to your Qs and broken links.
So many different passcodes
I’ve used many different apps for banking and finance and I understand the need for security but this one takes the biscuit. You need multiple different passcodes and any you DO want to use it won’t let you. It won’t let you use fingerprint or face recognition (even though it says it does) and then when you have to re-register because you can’t remember one of the many passcodes you have to You can’t even call them at weekends.
Can’t get into the app
Error 00002 on both this & the main Barclays app🤷🏻♀️ not exactly a great start for a new customer
Keeps logging out and having to re setup
When it works, it does what it needs to easily, however it keeps resetting every few weeks and i have to keep resetting it up, resubmitting id etc… why? Wont be using once balances are zero as its too much hassle
Awful app - steals your money!
The app doesn’t process payments well - twice now I’ve used it to pay my credit card bill and the money has been taken out of my bank but the Barclaycard app says it’s failed and it doesn’t get updated, each time I have to go to customer service. Switching banks because of this, it is ridiculous.
