App doesn’t load screens once logged in
The app has taken a bad turn. I’m currently in the U.S. and the app allows me to log in, albeit not via Face ID. Which I do have set up to allow this. Once you’re logged in you can not choose any of the different tabs on the bottom as none of them load up. Needs fixing

So they removed web access and make you use the app. Loads fine (FaceID doesn’t work on my iPhone and never has so I type in the code). Balance shows quickly. Every time you press transaction tab it spins for an eternity and after several minutes “may” show transactions. Most of the time it doesn’t. My Wi-fi speeds are 100MBps and have 5G Wi-fi. It’s very slow and doesn’t work the way you expect

Could be improved by: There is currently no way of seeing when payment is due, or what the minimum payment is - just the balance of your card and so I’m always on edge if I miss the payment date. This is a major issue for me and will likely change to a different provider. This is made worse by the fact that there is no way of checking online on a desktop as they shut down that service, so there’s absolutely no way of getting that information anymore. I have absolutely no idea why they shut down the website?! Ridiculous Perhaps show how many miles are gained/on Virgin Atlantic A spend summary each month on the Home Screen
